TOS
General
• I have the right to decline commissions.
• It is appreciated if you can provide a certain theme or aesthetic. (Asking me to create anything without any references or ideas is difficult). Any amount of references and ideas you have (big or small), go ahead!
• If the source file is requested, there will be an additional 100% fee, but the request can also be denied.
• Turn around time varies from 1 - 2 weeks based on order.
• Rush orders are an additional 100% fee.
Payment
• Payment will be received 50% upfront and 50% after finalization
• Payments will be done on www.VGen.co/FLCammo
• Refunds cannot be issued if the work has been started.
• In the unlikely event of a commission not being finished due to external reasons a full refund will be issued.
Adjustments
• The client may make 2 small changes after the said piece is finished
• Changes past the time of making, especially heavy change will be charged.
Copyright
• I have the copyright to my own work and can post my work publicly. However, you may request to keep the said commission private(Debut).
• The client does not have the right to repurpose, redistribute or modify the designed work.
• The client must credit me through Twitter (@FLCammo) or link my website (https://flcammo.carrd.co/) if you display my work.
